Ramen Azumaya

The spicy garlic with porc is the heaven on Earth. But expect to chew gums for the rest of the day because people will smell the garlic from miles sway.

Probably the best ramen in Frankfurt. Tried both the vegetarian and the one with pork. The broth was flavourful and the tofu/pork were both fresh. For dessert, tried the pancake with the red bean paste. The pancake was nice and fluffy with bean paste adding a earthy flavour. The service is friendly and prompt. Do reserve ahead though as the restaurant is small and it's usually full during meal hours.

Small restaurant located near the exhibition center and train station. The ramen is amazing and the service very nice. You should go earlier to get a table.
